Having been awarded one 1-Michelin star a couple of months ago, Signature Bangkok is now hosting a celebration for the achievement in culinary excellence and to show its gratitude to the restaurant’s biggest supporters. Known for Chef Theirry Drapeau’s modern interpretation of French & floral cuisine and skillful use of edible delicate florals, Signature is inviting four more guest chefs to flex their culinary prowess over a three-day event at the Vie Hotel, from March 30 to April 1, 2023.
The Reunion chefs include two Michelin star French chef Patrick Jeffroy; Master Chef judge Alain Caron from the Netherlands; Asia’s top nine chef Vanessa Huang from Taiwan; cheese master Philippe Marchand; and Signature Bangkok’s very own 1-Michelin Star chef Thierry Drapeau.
Here’s what’s in store over this “Reunion” of culinary masters at Signature Bangkok.
Thursday–Friday, March 30-31, 2023 (6–10pm)
On the first two nights, the five chefs will delight diners with eight courses of imaginative modern French and floral cuisine. Each chef will add to the dinner their own expressive gastronomic touches, presenting dishes with edible flowers and herbs to add dimension and beauty.
Saturday, April 1, 2023 (6–10pm)
Finish off the culinary event on the third evening with an extravagant “Cheese Night” highlighting over 20 cheeses from Les Frèse Marchand, one of France’s oldest artisanal cheese makers. The cheese selection by Philippe Marchand will be paired with perfectly curated wines. You don’t want to miss this!
