Available until the end of March, The Okura Prestige’s Bangkok latest themed tea set “Tsubaki Afternoon Tea” is both a celebration of love and the romantic tsubaki flower season of Japan. A deviation from mainly rose and strawberry flavours at this time of year, expect unique tsubaki-infused pastries as well as cherry and cranberry instead. This February 11–14 only, Capella Bangkok is offering a special Valentine’s Day-themed afternoon tea set at the Tea Lounge overlooking the hotel’s courtyard and the Chao Phraya River. Executive Pastry Chef Sylvain Constans has created a selection of pastries, highlighting romantic flavours like chocolate, strawberry, and wild honey. The Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea is priced at 3,000++ baht for two, or 5,000++ baht net inclusive of two glasses of Capella Bangkok’s signature champagne rosé. Tea is served between noon and 6pm.
