Food & Drink: The Ultimate Combination

Recently The Diageo Bar Academy podcast invited our Editor in Chief, Christopher Menning, to join them and chat about his experience of food and drink combinations, including the importance of culture, textures in drinks and enhancing flavours when combining food and drink.

They discussed topics on how food can complement cocktails, how exploring cultures can add an extra element to your drink and discovering how to best serve food and drink combinations at your bar. Christopher drew inspiration from his experience here in Bangkok, which as a hub for gastronomic tourism, has provided the growth of local talent and internationally recognised bars.
