As L’Arôme by the Sea continues to make waves along the Phuket seafront, Executive Chef Yannick Hollenstein co-hosts unforgettable dinners with the best talent around. This time he invites IGNIV’s head chef, and fellow Swiss national, David Hartwig for two memorable dinners showcasing the best of each restaurant.

Featuring local products from the mountains of the north and the sea of the south of Thailand, this culinary journey will take you “from the Swiss Alps to the Andaman Sea”. With its two distinct areas, L’Arôme by the sea is situated at Kalim bay in Phuket, Thailand. Contemporary French cuisine with a Swiss Alps influence is served at the restaurant level, while a casual sunset cocktail can be enjoyed on the rooftop bar.

As of the 25th and 26th of October, L’Arôme by the sea will partner with IGNIV Bangkok, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Bangkok, to develop a unique food-sharing concept that focuses on connecting guests not just with a meal, but with one another as well.

The collaboration menu will include the most creative presentations of seafood such as langoustine tartlets and fresh Phuket lobsters. Dishes such as the beeswax aged Muscovy duck served with swiss pear and yellow chanterelle mushrooms, both prized goods in their respective native regions.
