With the help of new Bar Manager Marc Perez Rodriguez, Chef Michelle Goh unleashes her creativity in a unique Dessert experience.

Mia’s revamped cocktail bar, Behind The Curtain, creates an intimate, stylish atmosphere, which offers an array of carefully crafted concoctions and signature small bites.

Nestled in Behind The Curtain, an exclusive Omakase Dessert experience is offered to only six special guests who are taken into a sweet and boozy experience where their senses will be delighted.

Next to bar manager Marc Perez, Michelle Goh exhibits her global culinary background through confectionary creations. Together, they present savoury and sweet desserts paired with outstanding cocktails in an intimate 6-seat bar.

Using traditional cocktails and Asian flavours, Marc delights guests with exceptional liquid gastronomy, combining a minimalist perspective and a sense of classic cocktail classics. His drinks have a Mediterranean and Asian influence, always following the “less is more” philosophy.

The experience of five desserts and five cocktails is priced at 3,200++ baht per person, please note, advanced booking is required as only one function per night for a full party of six people. Guests can expect succulent creations from Michelle such as Roasted Mango Cordial and Homemade Fish Floss, Lime and Ikura paired with a Roasted Cordial and Champagne concoction.

Behind The Curtain 

Open Tuesday to Sunday from 5:00 pm – 12:00 am (Last Order Drink 11:30 pm and Last Oder Food 10:30 pm). No booking is required.

Omakase Dessert experiences one function Thursday, Friday and Saturday 6:00 pm  – 9:00 pm. Advanced booking is required.
