Staff are attentive and the spacious interior has plenty of seating inside and out. On many occasions, we’ve opted for their fruit packed breakfast bowls. Choices range from the Acai super bowl with handcrafted granola diced apricot and seasonal fruits, or, the Riceberry granola bowl. Filled with goji berries, shaved coconut, almond milk, and chia seeds all thrown into this healthy concoction. Expect the classic brunch options such as salmon eggs benedict and English cocotte to also feature.

Or for a later start to your day eating the Avocado sourdough toast is delicious. Accompaniments such as feta cheese, fresh shiso, and perfectly poached egg is always a win for this dish. Their lunch menu includes Tuna salad using A-grade tuna, boiled free-range eggs and purple potato, and cauliflower soup, which can be paired nicely with their wine selection.

The team at D’ark are coffee experts, not only do they have a lab dedicated to flavours and roasts at the D’ark Lab they are also considerate of their sustainability duty, carefully sourcing farms with a green bean buying program. Collaborating with farmers gives them a unique ability to select each origin carefully to complement their signature drinks menu. Alongside your drink accompaniments such as coconut canelé and mini donut’s can be chosen as a sweet treat.
