One of Suwincha "Chacha" Singsuwan's venues is Rabbit Hole, a hidden cocktail bar in the heart of Thonglor. Aside from the wooden door and a small, wall plaque noting their place in Asia's 50 best bars, there is not much to tell where the bar is located. Once inside though, you are transported to a multilevel, dim-lit haunt with mixologists creating inventive libations and a DJ spinning moody tracks from the mezzanine. The tall rose gold shelf containing the spirit selection looms high with small drawers adding the effect of an apothecary.
From the line up of renowned bartenders, you can expect some absolute bangers for the drinks menu. at Rabbit Hole, all drinks are separated into flavour categories to make it easier to choose. Spirit forward is a big part of the ethos yet there is also dry, refreshing, fragrant, and savoury for you choose from. Some of the classic twists are well worth a try especially the Bramble with the addition of zesty yuzu sake and the clover club which uses homemade Rasberry syrup, mixed with Gin, Citrus, and Egg white. One of our top picks is the 'Summer Book' with Pineapple gin, coconut water, and pandan syrup.
