Restaurant STAGE’s interior is a cross between Scandinavian minimalism and Parisian chic. Up to 30 people are seated in the dining room, and there is also a semi-private chef's table that looks out on the open kitchen.

Chef Jay Sangsingkeaw and her team are excited to introduce the new STAGE menu 7.0. Through the years, STAGE has grown and gained a lot of experience. Now the team have pushed their exploration of the world in terms of culinary techniques and ingredients further.

'Menu 7.0' focuses on using modern European culinary techniques across the globe. The menu highlights sourcing of local ingredients, which gracefully become a series of modern, exquisite dishes with a contemporary twist and playful combination. From start to finish, each dish is unique and enjoyable.

Highlights from the menu include:

White asparagus is served with razor clams, caviar, and aspic. Ox and bone oxtail terrine comes with bone marrow croquette and tarragon emulsion. Surat Thani river prawn is served with riso, prawn bisque, and topped with summer truffle.

Texture of Pear is a special dessert in which various forms and tastes of pears are used; such as poached pears, pear pudding, pears spheres, pear chips, pear foam, and pears granita.

In addition to this gastronomic journey, Stage offers a carefully curated selection of fine wine and champagne. Furthermore, Stage offers cocktail and whiskey tableside service to start and end your meal, as well as a beautiful champagne trolley ready for you to enjoy. There is no better way to end a meal than with the Stage Dessert Trolley.

‘Stage Menu 7.0’ offers a 7 courses tasting menu at 2,900++ (Wine pairing 4 glasses at 1,700++) and ‘Stage Experience’ is a 10 courses tasting menu at 4,500++ (Wine pairing 6 glasses at 2,500++). The evolving menu changes every 2 – 3 months according to ingredient availability and the team’s current inspirations.
