Francesco Moretti and Christian Martena, award-winning Mixologist and celebrity Chef, combine their passion of Italian hospitality and love of abstract symbolism to create a spirit-filled experience, Sinnerman. Located on the roof of acclaimed Italian restaurant Opus, the Speakeasy is the latest addition to Bangkok's bar scene. The bar takes inspiration from 17th century natural science books and uses occult patterns and geometric illustrations of butterflies and bees to create a mysterious and intriguing environment. A dark rich interior sets a mood that is perfect for neighbourhood socials and intimate gatherings.

A selection of stylish, bespoke cocktails are paired with a variety of elevated classics. Under Francesco's creative leadership, the beverage program utilises unique homemade ingredients and playful names, and is assembled by his team of trained mixologists. A selection of indulgent nibbles from Chef Christian are served along with the drinks, and you can expect to taste such treats as truffle Arancini and Wagyu Mini Buns.
