Vesper Bangkok - Why We Love It

The world-renowned cocktail bar Vesper is a part of the Foodie Collection group (il Fumo, La Dotta Pasta Bar & Store, La Dotta La Grassa, Via Maris and 80/20). Consistently featured in the Asia 50 Best Bar awards, the bar has won the hearts and minds of the bartending community and Bangkok patrons alike.

The European vintage bar is adorned with a long green marble bar top, leather bar stools and pink chairs. Supawit 'Palm' Muttaratana (winner of Diageo World Class Thailand, no. 11 best bartender in the world in 2012 & winner of ‘Campari Bartender Competition ASIA 2019’), heads the bar as the group bar manager and has been instrumental in bringing Vesper and the Bangkok bar scene to the world.

The bars latest menu takes the concept of fusing two opposing constructs or ideas.  "dirty & clean", "moon & sun", "local & global", "male, female & LGBT" and "democrat & republican" all feature with interesting cocktails to match.  "dirty & clean" for instance is Passion fruit / Charcoal / Lemon Sherry / Dirty Gin whislt "Republican" has Corn chips / Agave / Lemon / Egg white Don Julio Blanco / Bulleit Bourbon.

Additionally, they have a hall of fame menu section as well as a whole range of classic cocktails that can be served in their beautiful glassware.

Every Friday night, they will also have DJs spinning slick tunes ranging from 80s synth, disco Motown and nu-electro funk.
