Prepare yourselves as “Friends of Mia – Next Gen Series!” is back once again with the first instalment of the year hosting “LØYROM” for a culinary masterpiece on April 4, 2023.

The culinary event brings four esteemed chefs together, with Mia’s very own chefs Michelle Goh and Pongcharn ‘Top’ Russell alongside Chef Bass Narubate Srisompost and Chef Natt Narisara Maluengsin from LØYROM. The delightful experience will showcase the chefs’ signature culinary prowess, highlighting their iconic mouth-watering crafted dishes. 

The eight courses journey takes off with a selection of snacks, carefully prepared by Mia and LØYROM including Mia’s Vitello Tonnato with beef tongue, and Onion and Apple Cigar and LØYROM’s Croustade Chicken Liver sprinkled with crispy garlic, and Chotoro with strawberry, leek, and yuzu kosho. 

Following the snacks, get ready for Mia and LØYROM’s bread and condiment duet with Mia’s Rye Sourdough with garlic and parsley butter and LØYROM’s Cured Trout with pickled cucumber, flavoured with sour cream and trout roe.

Starter dishes feature Mia’s Yellow Capsicum with tomato, brie cheese snow and tomato gummy and LØYROM’s Foie Gras Chawanmushi with mushroom demi glace and black truffle. 

To sweep the attendees off their feet with the main courses, Mia whips out Sea Bream with cape gooseberry, seasoned with brown butter and parsnip and LØYROM wows with Couple of Couples with lamb saddle garnished with wild garlic and asparagus. 

Finish off the delectable course with a dessert speciality highlighting Mia and LØYROM’s creation of Marian Plum Sorbet with fragrant thyme and zesty ginger and Black Sesame with white chocolate and cherries. 

The “Friends of Mia – Next Gen Series: LØYROM” at Mia Restaurant, April 4, 2023 at 7.30 pm. The eight-course experience is priced at 3,850++ baht per person. Optional wine pairing at 2,450++ baht.
