From now through April 2023, Harvest To Plate offers guests a taste of both worlds: French cuisine’s savoir-faire and Thai terroirs’ best products combined. For example, rice from Chiang Mai is paired with asparagus and mushrooms, while Organic Pork shoulder from Pathum Thani is served with heirloom carrots, candied tomatoes, and thyme.
The provenance of the ingredients, each with an origin story – vegetables grown locally and simply without the presence of genetic modification; seafood sourced sustainably to maintain biodiversity and treated ethically for maximum freshness; meat sourced from high-welfare farms and fed organic feed.
