The revolution is well and truly here with the secret prohibition bar, Havana Social. Located in the bustling Sukhumvit soi 11 is the Cuban inspired cocktail den. The bar brings a mix of late-night dancing to live DJs, creative rum focussed cocktails and a selection of Cuban cigars that can be enjoyed on their second floor. Look for the old school photo booth with the 'Telefono' sign to locate the haunt. But be sure to call up and receive the code to reveal the hidden swing door.</span>

The attention to detail is really spot on here. There is no wonder really when there are heavyweights such as SOHO hospitality renovating the space and Bacardi being the main drink sponsor. Inside Havana Social you will find a sophisticated venue that really sets the tone complete with 1930's decor, plaster peeling off the walls, and suavely dressed bartenders.

Take on the classics such as El Presidente or a Rum Old Fashioned.

Friday and Saturday nights will be packed with a well-dressed crowd dancing to the live Cuban jazz band. Grab a Panama hat at the door and make your way through to the 4 story building with two bars. The first floor is primarily used as the dance floor with lavish coaches dotted around. Perfect for big groups to mingle.

As the night goes on you will find Dj's picking up the pace with Afro-Cuban themes or high tempo nu-disco. Heading upstairs you will find a more intimate area that is also used as the cigar lounge. It is a Cuban inspired bar, so it's no surprise that rum is king here. Take on the classics such as El Presidente or a rum old fashioned which is one of our favourites made with Dictador.
