  • 700 ml Old Tom Gin
  • 50 g Apple Mint Leaves


  • Pick your mint leaves and be sure to get undamaged ones.
  • Give them a wash under cold water for preparation.
  • Add your mint leaves and stems into your container.
  • Pour in your gin and leave out of direct sunlight for 3 days. 
  • Once ready, strain through a muslin cloth a couple of times before transferring your infusion into a clean bottle.
