Rocket Coffeebar has a new home in front of Sukhumvit Soi 11’s luxury condo, Hyde. The venue classes itself as an urban dining escape and with its all-day offerings and stylish interior we can see why. Rocket Coffeebar is the type of place you can grab a breakfast burrito during the morning and a cold brew coffee-infused Negroni in the evening.

In house, freshly baked croissants and house-cured salmon are some of the mouth-watering delights ready for your tastebuds. Other hearty comfort dishes include The Scrambled [220฿], eggs on rye sourdough with sour cream. And the pre-mentioned Breakfast Burrito [240฿] with pickled chilis, Sloane’s bacon, egg, roasted tomato and of course cheddar cheese.
During the evening Rocket change up the menu to feature some interesting meals like creamy Tikka Masala [360฿] and Lamb Couscous [580฿] which you don't often find this side of the world.
Rocket Coffeebar is well known for the expertly crafted coffee with special Black Honey Chiang Mai beans being used. The hot beverage menu is good especially for those wanting a decent flat white, however, you can also find some more unusual caffeine drinks such as espresso and tonic.
This being the notorious Sukhumvit Soi 11, alcohol is served from 8 am to keep you topped up the night before with a well-made espresso martini or a bottle of Danish rose wine for 990฿ to match with your scrambled egg and cured salmon.
