The new venture seamlessly marries its creatively curated food selection with signature drinks, promising an immersive experience for the discerning palate.
Under the expert guidance of Pae Ketumarn, Group Beverage Manager celebrated for his tenure at prestigious establishments like Sober Company in Shanghai and The SG Club in Tokyo, F*nkytown introduces a revolutionary funkiness scale ranging from 1 to 5, from which to choose your cocktails. This progressive approach encourages patrons to explore a spectrum of flavours, commencing with the Tokyo Banana (funk level: 2), advancing to the Caesar Salad (funk level: 4), and climaxing with the bold Som Tum drink (funk level: 5). Non-drinkers are not left behind either, as half of F*nkytown’s signature cocktails are ingeniously reimagined as equally spirited mocktails.
Elevating the experience further is F*nkytown’s avant-garde dining program, featuring mouthwatering creations like the Hamachi Crudo Tart and the ever-evolving “Feed Me” experience. Priced at 980 baht per person, “Feed Me” presents a monthly rotation of bite-sized snacks and shareable plates, providing an immersive journey into the heart of F*nkytown’s culinary innovation.
In harmony with its name, F*nkytown ensures an auditory feast with the city’s grooviest beats. Vinyl and digital DJs take centre stage seven nights a week, spinning soul, R&B, 80s disco, and funk to create the perfect backdrop for the culinary adventure.
