InterContinental Phuket Resort, invites ‘Chef Ton Thitid Tassanakajohn’ of Le Du restaurant, the modern fine dining Thai restaurant, to showcase authentic flavours of exquisite Thai cuisine and fine wine, through two exclusive dining events at, Jaras on Saturday 30 October and Pine on Sunday 31 October.
Chef Ton Thitid Tassanakajohn, creator of Le Du, is the first Thai chef to win the most popular restaurant award in Thailand, as well as 4th place in Asia, in the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021 competition. His specialty in Thai Fine Dining helps him source and prepare Thai products from all areas of Thailand, with a menu that changes seasonally.
A luxury dining event featuring fine dining and premium wines will be hosted by Chef Ton, Le Du, and Chef Banky Chatchawan Warahajirakul of Jaras.With a dedicated Jaras sommelier, this four-hand meal has been carefully crafted into a five-course dinner of authentic flavours paired with premium wines. The meal takes place at sunset on Kamala beach, overlooking the ocean.
