Commemorating Europe’s spring season, a new menu blossoms at Mia Restaurant. Resident chefs Top and Michelle have devised eight beautiful courses showcasing the finest in-season ingredients—both imported and locally sourced—paired with fine curated wines. Among the highlights of the Spring Tasting Menu are some all-time favourites of the restaurant: Josephine Oyster with Champagne and Shiso Granita, Smoked Haddock Tart with Hollandaise, and Three Cheese Cigar with Pancetta. For the main course, diners have the option of either the Hay Aged Pigeon, served with red endive and figs, or the premium 48-hour Braised Beef Short Rib, paired with oyster cream and salsify. 


To wrap up the seasonal culinary experience, Chef Michelle delivers her speciality desserts, such as the palate cleansing Whipped Feta with Tomato Jelly and Watermelon, followed by the dreamy Cereal Bowl with Malted Milk Chocolate and corn. 

Meat-free diners can also enjoy Mia’s Spring Tasting Menu, as the restaurant offers a plant-based version of the eight courses. The menu starts with the Pear Granita with Radicchio and Shiso and Spring Pea Tart with mint gel and pea puree.

Other plant-based highlights to look forward to include the Avocado with Blood Orange and Ginger for a hint of zestiness, the Onion Risotto with barley, and desserts: Watermelon Sorbet with Tomato Jelly and Basil, and the Snicker Bar.


The eight-course Spring Tasting Menu is priced at 4,850++ baht per person, while the five-course tasting menu is priced at 3,850++ baht per person. An eight-course plant-based version of the Spring Tasting Menu is priced at 3,850++ baht per person. 

Wine pairing (five glasses) is priced at an additional 3,150++ baht per person.
