Guest Shift: Vesper’s Siriwan “Ploy” Sinpan
at CHAR Rooftop Bar

This Thursday, March 9, find Vesper’s assistant bar manager, Siriwan “Ploy” Sinpan, on the 26th floor of Hotel indigo Bangkok, as she will be taking over CHAR Rooftop Bar for a guest shift from 6–9pm. Known for her refreshing, low AVB concoctions, as a mixologist, Ploy draws inspiration from a variety of spirits and ingredients. The assistant bar manager also recently flexed her creativity as a finalist in the first Thailand chapter of Rémy Martin’s Bartender Talent Academy 2022.

Some of the highlights Ploy is bringing to CHAR Rooftop Bar include the classic Negroni and Aperol Spritz, along with custom creations like CHAR-Plane (Wild Turkey bourbon, Aperol, Palo Santo blended Amaro, lemon juice, and egg whites), and Cirrus Cloud (SKYY Vodka, almond and lavender cordial, osmanthus juice, and Cinzano Prosecco).

On the 9th, guests can enjoy an array of uniquely crafted cocktails by Ploy along with CHAR Rooftop Bar’s scenic skyline views and musical ambiance from DJ Mini. Don’t miss this one-night only event!
