Waldorf Astoria Bangkok has a new menu at Bull & Bear
The Bull & Bear Grillroom at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok is excited to unveil its expanded à la carte menu, inspired by the travels of Chef de Cuisine Hathairat (Jiew) Urapanthamat. These new dishes capture the essence of global exploration through unique and unforgettable flavors, available now for both lunch and dinner.
Chef Jiew, known for her expertise in grillroom cuisine, builds upon the rich heritage of the original Bull & Bear Steakhouse at the Waldorf Astoria New York. Her new creations blend classic Western culinary techniques with innovative twists, offering diners a refreshing culinary journey.

Highlights of the new menu include:
Tuna Tataki: Pan-seared tuna served with a Japanese seaweed dressing and a seaweed cracker topped with Avruga caviar.
French Loup De Mer: Pan-seared sea bass accompanied by white anchovy, pancetta, cherry tomatoes, and green pea velouté.
Smoked Duck Ravioli: Filled with porcini cream, garnished with fried kale, dates, and Madeira jus, reflecting the flavors of the Middle East.
“Traveling is akin to unlocking a door to new experiences, guiding me through diverse cultures and lifestyles. It serves as a journey that fuels my creativity. Each trip presents an opportunity for me to explore fresh tastes, ingredients, and cooking techniques,” says Chef Jeiw about her inspiration for the new dishes.
Bull & Bear is open daily for lunch and dinner. À la carte dishes are priced from THB 590++, with a weekday set lunch starting at THB 1,300++ for a three-course menu. The restaurant also boasts an extensive beverage selection, featuring exceptional wines.
