Chef Ian Kittichai & Chiang Mai's Chef Noy Busarin Join Forces

Prepare for a culinary team up as Chef Ian Kittichai joins with Chiang Mai’s esteemed Chef Noy Busarin of Magnolia Café and Busarin Cuisine. For two exceptional evenings on March 15th and 16th at Chef Ian’s Khum Hom restaurant, guests can join the gastronomic magic from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

Chef Noy, known for her expertise in Northern Thai cuisine, will present a series of dishes including her acclaimed “Khao Niaw Durian” (Durian Sticky Rice), a dish honored with the prestigious Michelin Plate Award for multiple years.

The two nights will feature a number of other classsic Thai cuisine dishes crafted by two of Thailand’s most renowned chefs. Diners can enjoy “Nam Prik Maeng Mun” Northern style superfood spicy dipping paste, to “Gaeng Tai Plaa Kati Gaang Kradan” Fermented Southern fish paste soup with Andaman crayfish served with rice noodles, and “Gaeng Kua Seekrong Gae” simmered curry with grilled lamb rack and pineapple.
