Equipment

  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Tea Strainer
  • Hawthorn Strainer

Ingredients

  • 50 ml cedars alt gin classic
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 20 ml Honey water with rosemary, rose & grapefruit
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • top with London Essence grapefruit & lemon verbena soda

Instructions

  • Add all ignredietns except the London Essence and add ice.
  • Shake hard for up to 10 seconds and then pour into a rocks glass over ice.
  • top with London Essence and garnish with a sprig of rosemary & a grapefruit slice!
