Camille Vidal is known for her work promoting healthy hedonism and mindful drinking over at Maison Wellness

The founder of La Maison Wellness a mindful drinking brand and creative consultancy, joined us on our podcast to discuss more about her career and also gave us this tasty recipe, Pamplemousse!

Pamplemousse Cocktail Ingredients

Non-Alcoholic Spirit: Cedar’s is a great choice for a non-alcoholic spirit. Made in the c

Fresh Lime Juice: Always fresh from a nice juicy lime.

Pink Grapefruit Juice: A hybrid citrus fruit packed with nutrients. 

Honey Water: All you need to do is dilute some hone with an equal ratio of honey. This honey syrup calls for rosemary, rose & grapefruit to be added. 

Salt: Salt is an incredible flavour enhancer used in many culinary practices. A drop/ pinch in some cocktails can add a lot of depth. 

Soda: The London Essence Company have tasty grapefruit & lemon verbena soda perfect for this recipe.

  • 50 ml cedars alt gin classic
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 20 ml Honey water with rosemary, rose & grapefruit
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • top with London Essence grapefruit & lemon verbena soda


  • Add all ignredietns except the London Essence and add ice.
  • Shake hard for up to 10 seconds and then pour into a rocks glass over ice.
  • top with London Essence and garnish with a sprig of rosemary & a grapefruit slice!
