F*nkytowns upcoming chef takeover spotlights Tatler’s Rising Star Chef Oat from Heh, Phuket, recognized by the Michelin Guide. In collaboration with the Bacardi, Chef Oat will bring his culinary prowess to F*nkytown’s kitchen, with a focus on locality and sustainability on Andaman seafood and funky vibes.
Rising Star Chef Oat from Heh Phuket will take over F*nkytown’s kitchen on 29th May from 6PM to 10 PM. During this event, Chef Oat will showcase his expertise by using locally sourced seafood from the Andaman Sea.

Heh, recently added to the Michelin Guide and recognised as the No.11 in the TOP25 Restaurants Awards in Phuket, is an expression of curiosity and represents not just a restaurant but a space for exploration, creativity, and honest food.
Bringing Melbourne to the Andaman, Heh combines simplicity with excitement, offering comforting yet out-of-the-box dishes using quality ingredients from the Andaman Sea.
In collaboration with Bacardi, Chef Oat will present a series of dishes incorporating key signature techniques, as well as some funky cocktails created specifically for the night. Reservations are highly recommended for this not-to-be-missed event!
