As F&B consumers move towards increasingly health-conscious lifestyle choices, Giffard equips bartenders with high-quality alcohol-free liqueurs to boost their non-alcoholic menus.

Maison Giffard has been in the liqueurs and syrups game since 1885, producing some of the most exceptional flavours in a bartender’s arsenal for over a century. Having lasted this long not simply by chance but by a good intuition for what’s needed in the market, Giffard has now come out with its alcohol-free range to help bartenders extend their creativity in an increasingly low-alcoholic world.

“We wanted to answer the need for non-alcoholic, sophisticated cocktails,” says Emilie Giffard, the brand strategy and innovative projects director for the French family-owned business. The new portfolio, which offers four non-alcoholic flavours—Elderflower, Grapefruit, Ginger, and Pineapple—was developed using the same plant ingredients as Giffard’s liqueurs; however, when it came to the macerating process, vinegar was used instead of alcohol.

“The acidity of the vinegar is a way to preserve, but we also use pasteurisation, and it’s thanks to this process that we can also guarantee quality,” explains Giffard. “I think it’s the only non-alcoholic product on the market like this, as it has a long life with no refrigeration needed.”

Mai Thai:

50ml Giffard Pineapple Alcohol Free
10ml Giffard Orgeat Syrup
25ml Lime juice
10ml Giffard Falernum Syrup
Garnish: Passion fruit, mint, lime, cinnamon

Add the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, stain into a glass, garnish, and serve.



40ml Giffard Elderflower Alcohol Free
20ml Verjus
30ml Seedlip
5ml Giffard Jasmine Syrup
Garnish: Bergamote twist, edible flower

Add all the ingredients into a glass with ice, mix well, garnish and serve.



50ml Giffard Grapefruit Alcohol Free
15ml Giffard Agave Syrup
25ml Lime juice
Sparkling water
Garnish: Rosemary, grapefruit zest, salt and pepper rim

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, strain into a glass, garnish, and serve.



50ml Giffard Ginger Alcohol Free
20ml Lime juice
15ml Giffard Matcha Tea Syrup
Sparkling water
Garnish: Basil leaf

Pour the first three ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass, add the sparkling water, garnish, and serve.
