In partnership with Rustichella d’Abruzzo, the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce invites you to Pasta Day at The Food School on Monday, October 16, 2023. Through Italian regional recipes that incorporate Rustichella d’Abruzzo high-quality ingredients, Pasta Day aims to promote and showcase the authenticity of pasta in all its forms and flavours.
Since 1924, Rustichella d’Abruzzo has been a symbol of tradition, quality, and a deep connection to its land. Today, their pasta, crafted with care and bronze dyes, is renowned worldwide, capturing the essence of Italian cuisine in 70 countries.
Chefs from some of the best Italian restaurants in Bangkok will enrich the event with decades of experience. Among the superstar chefs are:
