PEOPLE OF VESPER Vol. 2

The legend of Vesper continues with the venue set to introduce its latest offering, the ‘PEOPLE OF VESPER Vol. 2’ menu, commencing on Tuesday, September 26. 

The esteemed establishment honored as No. 12 on ASIA’S 50 BEST BARS 2023 and No. 79 on WORLD’S 50 BEST BARS 2022, has been a trailblazer in Bangkok’s craft cocktail scene since 2014.  

The ‘PEOPLE OF VESPER Vol. 2’ menu serves as a continued tribute to our cherished patrons who have graced the bar over the years. Now in its second iteration, this menu marks the debut of their British-born Bar Manager, Tom Hearn’s, first official menu since taking the helm at Vesper earlier this year. Within this menu, Tom and his team of skilled mixologists have meticulously crafted 16 brand-new signature cocktails, drawing inspiration from their loyal clientele, each possessing distinct characteristics and diverse taste preferences.

Notable selections include ‘Bamboozled,’ a champagne cocktail featuring Widges Gin, Fig Leaf, Strawberry, Pink Peppercorn, White Chocolate, and Chandon Brut;Carrot Crew,‘ a tiki-style concoction crafted with Plantation Dark Rum, Amontillado Sherry, Carrot, Lemon, Mascarpone, Macadamia, and Pumpkin spice; and ‘Café Rouge,’ a coffee-infused libation starring Johnnie Walker Black Label Whisky, Popcorn, Espresso, Cocchi Rosa Vermouth, Coffee Blossom, and crowned with Black Sesame Foam.

In addition to these signature delights, they pay homage to their namesake cocktail, the Vesper martini. While the classic Vesper martini remains a fixture, they present unique creations such as the ‘Dirty Vesper‘ (featuring Tanqueray Gin, Ketel One Vodka, Olive Oil, Caper Brine, and Fish Sauce) and the ‘Vesper of the Month,‘ a rotating twist on the classic Vesper, with the inaugural ‘Eucalyptus‘ Vesper leading the series.

With the new menu, they also introduce non-alcoholic cocktails and an updated wine list to cater to a broader range of preferences. To complement your beverages, a few delectable new dishes, including Jamon Iberico Croquetas served with Garlic Mayo Sauce and Spanish Tortilla – a duck egg & potato omelette presented in bite-sized portions are now on offer. With these additions, they aim to provide yet another unforgettable evening at Vesper.
