While Embassy Room’s Chef Ferran Tadeo will be bringing his Catalan flair to the evening, chef duo Pongcharn “Top” Russell and Michelle Goh (our Dessert Issue cover star) from Mia will be bringing their unique blend of European cuisine and Asian soul to the table.
Each dish, from the starters right down to the dessert, will be meticulously crafted using the finest truffle products sourced exclusively from Truffle Hill by Verduno.
Aside from snacks, hot starters, cold starters, a main course, and dessert, a cheese course consisting of warm brie foam and truffle honey will also be served.
