Savour a white chocolate feather, symbolising the presence of a protector and guide, and the golden fish, made with passion fruit mousse and watermelon jelly, to attract prosperity. Then make a wish with the green tea mousse wishbone, or pray for love with the heart-shaped coconut and chocolate crumble parfait. The infinity symbol on the rose lychee macaron is also there to remind you that your potential is limitless.
Accompanying these treats are scones of plain and apricot with pickled lime flavours, served with clotted cream, lemon curd, and strawberry rose jam.
