Renowned mixologist Matteo Cadeddu of Opium Bar Bangkok, acclaimed as one of Asia’s top 50 bars in 2023, will captivate guests with two exclusive pre-cocktails, in collaboration with Sabatini Gin, served on both evenings.
Embark on a delectable culinary voyage led by Executive Chef Gianni, the visionary behind Gianni Ristorante, as he presents the first course – ‘Battuta’ of fassona beef, accompanied by aged parmesan mayo, lamb’s lettuce, and Urbani white truffle, perfectly paired with ‘Gianni Gagliardo Fallegro Favorita 2021.’
The second course, crafted by Executive Chef Carlo Valenziano of Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, showcases ‘glazed han and duck liver agnolotti, barolo jus, roasted hazelnuts, and Urbani white truffle,’ harmoniously complemented by ‘Gianni Gagliardo Garetto Nizza Favà 2021.’
Executive Chef Marco Avesani of Bottega Bangkok brings the third course to life, a sumptuous ‘risotto’ featuring nosellari leek, Jerusalem artichoke, cardo gobbo, and Urbani white truffle, served alongside ‘Gianni Gagliardo Barolo 2021.’
The pièce de résistance, the fourth and main course by Executive Chef Christian Martena, the visionary behind Clara, stars ‘yellow chicken, banana blossom, baby sage, and Urbani white truffle,’ accompanied by ‘Gianni Gagliardo Barolo del Comune di La Morra 2021.’
This captivating culinary journey through Italy’s diverse regions culminates with Executive Pastry Chef Franck Istel of Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, presenting his signature creation – ‘hazelnut crème brûlée, 70% chocolate ganache, almond cake crumble, and Urbani white truffle,’ paired with ‘Moscato d’Asti Tenuta Garetto DOCG.’
